The Employee Relations Specialist supports a positive, compliant, and high-performing work environment by managing employee relations matters, conducting investigations, helping ensure fair and consistent resolution of workplace concerns. Key Responsibilities Manage employee relations cases from intake through resolution. Conduct investigations involving workplace conduct, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, threats, and other policy concerns. Provide guidance to leaders and HR Business Partners on employee relations issues, documentation, corrective action, and separations. Assess complaints and concerns to determine risk, required response, and escalation needs. Prepare clear, timely, and defensible case documentation, summaries, and recommendations. Support consistent interpretation and application of company policy across assigned locations. Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive matters with sound judgment and professionalism.
