The Employee Relations Partner is responsible for mentor and advising on employee concerns to mitigate business disruption and improve employee experiences. The ER Partner provides expert and objective advice, support, and mentorship for employees through vulnerable experiences while encouraging an inclusive culture. In partnership with the appropriate support resources, responds to employee concerns and supports employees and leaders through an end-to-end Employee Relations process. Ensure case & investigations workflow is standardized, consistent and measured to so all involved parties receive equitable treatment. This role will also ensure employees & managers are empowered to proactively avoid common workplace issues and are prepared to respond optimally in potential high-risk situations.
