About The Position

BJC Healthcare is looking for an experienced Employee Relations Partner. This position will be key in consulting with employees and leaders on policy interpretation, performance improvement and provide HR expertise to minimize risk. Ideal candidates should have good communication skills and be able to consult at various leadership levels. Remote opportunity, with some flexibility needed for on site meetings. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2-5 years of experience in Employee Relations or related field

Nice To Haves

  • Master's Degree
  • 5-10 years of experience in Employee Relations or related field
  • 2-5 years of supervisory experience
  • PHR certification
  • SHRM - CERTIFIED PROFESSIONAL certification
  • SHRM Sr Certified Professional certification
  • SPHR certification

Responsibilities

  • Leverages the Advise & Counsel (A&C) technology suite to intake, triage, and resolve Employee Relations consultations with organizational leaders and team members.
  • Utilizes strong interpersonal skills and provides compassion and empathy in every customer interaction regardless of the interaction medium.
  • Coaches and redirects customers to the appropriate HR channel if the issue does not fall within their scope.
  • Uses the technology suite and operational practices to interact with HR Hub, other A&C teams, and other Employee Relations-related stakeholders to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
  • Identifies improvement opportunities and trends in the Partner's case types/volumes that could lead to improved service.
  • Participates in improvement initiatives or other projects as directed by A&C leadership.
