The Employee Relations Partner is a key contributor to the Employee Relations team and the Human Resources function, supporting the company's mission and values. The Employee Relations Partner is responsible for leading work environment investigations such as appropriate workplace conduct or relevant allegations, resolving employee relations issues, and providing guidance and coaching to HR teams and business leaders, in turn enabling people leader capability relative to various HR policies and practices.
