About The Position

Be the trusted first point of contact for all people-related matters, delivering tailored, humanised ER support that empowers leaders, strengthens culture, and creates Amazing Goodstarter Experiences across our national network. Your Impact: As an Employee Relations Partner, you’ll play a critical role in supporting leaders and team members with timely, pragmatic and people-centred advice. You will: Provide on-demand coaching across engagement, retention, performance and complex case management. Deliver clear, risk-aware, and solutions-focused guidance that keeps our business moving at pace. Build leader confidence by empowering them to make informed, values-aligned decisions. Act as a culture ambassador, modelling our foundations and championing a positive, inclusive and safe working environment. Support investigations, performance processes and policy interpretation across the employee lifecycle. Partner with specialists to strengthen our organisational culture, improve people practices, and drive continuous improvement. Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in HR, ER, Law or equivalent experience.
  • Broad generalist experience across the employee lifecycle, including performance, conduct, policy, and case management.
  • Strong customer-service mindset with the ability to build trust, adapt your communication style, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments where you balance competing priorities with accuracy and care.
  • High attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to provide clear, confident advice.
  • Capability to work flexibly, navigate ambiguity, and deliver solutions that support both people and business outcomes.
  • A collaborative mindset with a genuine commitment to continuous improvement and enhancing the Goodstarter experience.
  • Current WA Working with Children Check
