Your Impact: As an Employee Relations Partner, you’ll play a critical role in supporting leaders and team members with timely, pragmatic and people-centred advice. You will: Provide on-demand coaching across engagement, retention, performance and complex case management. Deliver clear, risk-aware, and solutions-focused guidance that keeps our business moving at pace. Build leader confidence by empowering them to make informed, values-aligned decisions. Act as a culture ambassador, modelling our foundations and championing a positive, inclusive and safe working environment. Support investigations, performance processes and policy interpretation across the employee lifecycle. Partner with specialists to strengthen our organisational culture, improve people practices, and drive continuous improvement.
