About The Position

The Service Center CSCS role focuses on employee relations, policy compliance, and communication within the organization. The position involves supporting programs that promote employee engagement and a positive workplace culture, providing confidential counseling to employees on various work-related issues, and collaborating with managers and HR partners to ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations. The role also includes mediating conflicts, investigating allegations of misconduct, and maintaining accurate documentation of employee relations issues. Additionally, the position requires staying updated on employment laws and conducting training sessions on HR topics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in employee relations or a similar HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Support programs to promote employee engagement, morale, and a positive workplace culture.
  • Provide confidential counseling and support to employees on work-related issues including performance management, conflict resolution, harassment, and discrimination.
  • Collaborate with managers and HR partners to develop, document, and follow up on corrective action plans.
  • Mediate and facilitate resolution of conflicts between teammates and managers.
  • Investigate allegations of discrimination, harassment, workplace misconduct, and performance deficiencies.
  • Conduct confidential interviews with employees and managers to gather information and understand concerns.
  • Escalate teammate relations events and concerns in accordance with company policy and guidance.
  • Maintain complete, accurate, and confidential documentation of employee relations issues and investigations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Support the development and communication of HR policies and procedures.
  • Conduct training sessions on HR topics such as harassment, discrimination, and workplace safety.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in policy content.
  • Maintain effective communication with employees, managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with employees and managers at all levels.
  • Act as a liaison between employees and management.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on employee relations metrics and trends.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in employee relations.
