This role will perform Employee Relations Manager – Restrictions & Accommodations (ERM) related duties to include: Providing guidance and services specific to advancing investigations, communicating policies and practices, and advising on workplace matters. Enhancing the employee experience by engaging with leaders and employees during critical moments in the life cycle of the employment relationship such as workplace concerns and accommodation requests. Assisting with implementing company-wide strategies to enable decisions that are consistent with company policies, values & culture. Integrating with key partners to drive solutions that promote inclusion, employee engagement, and business results. This position will be located in Anaheim, CA.
