About The Position
Panasonic Energy Corporation of North America (PECNA) is currently seeking a skilled Employee Relations Manager to be a part of our team at the Kansas facility site. This role will conduct investigations into workplace concerns and support positive employee engagement. This role will work closely with the Human Resource Business Partners, Legal, Compliance teams and business leaders to promote equity, company values, and accountability in the workplace and to respond appropriately and fairly to employee concerns. We are proud to announce the establishment of a state-of-the-art Li-ion battery factory, set amidst the beautiful Kansas City Metro. This groundbreaking green-field factory will serve as a pioneering hub for innovation in sustainable energy solutions.
