About The Position
As a Senior Manager, Colleague Relations at CVS Health, you will be responsible for investigating Employee Relations concerns and providing expert consultation and guidance to managers and employees. This role involves leading complex and sensitive investigations, maintaining a positive employment climate, and identifying root causes to improve workplace culture. You will also ensure compliance with CVS policies and employment laws while mentoring leaders and colleagues on Employee Relations issues.
