About The Position

The Employee Relations Investigator at CVS Health is responsible for conducting thorough and unbiased investigations into employee relations concerns, providing expert guidance to managers and employees, and maintaining a positive employment climate. Requirements

  • At least 7 years of relevant overall experience.
  • At least 5 years of Employee Relations Investigations experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of relevant Employee Relations or Human Resources work experience.

Nice To Haves

  • 5-10 years of Employee Relations experience.
  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple investigations simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct fair and unbiased investigations into employee relations concerns.
  • Make credibility assessments based on evidence gathered during investigations.
  • Investigate workplace complaints related to policy violations that could expose CVS to legal risks.
  • Respond to inquiries from employees and managers regarding employment practices and compliance guidelines.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship on employee relations issues and policy interpretation.
  • Navigate a case management system to ensure consistency in recommendations and guidance.
  • Participate in training and education related to employee relations as needed.
