Job Summary Under general supervision, serves as a primary contact for employee relations matters, promoting positive workplace relationships through effective employee communication and engagement. Works independently on most employee relations matters while receiving guidance on complex or high-risk situations. Provides mentorship to level I generalists while handling more complex investigations and employee relations issues. Focuses on maintaining consistent application of policies while supporting a positive workplace culture.
