Chevron is accepting online applications for the position Employee Relations Counselor, North America through 3/ 24 /2026 at 11:59 p.m. Central Time Zone. This role follows a flexible schedule with four days in the office and a hybrid option on Fridays. We also offer a 9/80 schedule for eligible employees, providing every other Friday off. Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to: Start-to-finish handling of investigative processes including intake, strategic planning, conducting interviews, data (evidence) gathering and analysis, report writing, updating case management systems, involving stakeholders and providing updates. Provide consultative services to business management at all levels on topics including performance management, discipline, and other corrective actions. Facilitate dispute and conflict resolution processes. Partner with other Chevron organizations pertaining to work assignments (e.g., Employment Law, Global Security, IT Forensics, Labor Relations, Ombuds). Represent Chevron through professional organizations to benchmark and understand external ER-related matters, best practices, processes, and tools. Attend unemployment claims appeal hearings as a Chevron representative. Lead and/or support special projects as assigned.
