About The Position
The Employee Relations Consultant (ERC) position serves as a key partner to business leaders across the enterprise to uphold compliance with Unum’s policies and its Code of Conduct to mitigate employment risk. The position is responsible for understanding and balancing the needs of the different lines of business while applying HR policies and practices consistently.
