About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Consultant to serve as a strategic partner to managers and leadership teams. In this role, you will provide expert guidance on employee relations issues, manage complex leave cases, and lead investigations that promote fairness and mitigate risk. You will play a key role in supporting organizational changes and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.

Requirements

  • 4–5 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Employee Relations.
  • Proven experience conducting investigations.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law (preferred).
  • Experience working in medium to large organizations (500+ employees is a plus).

Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic consultant to managers on employee relations matters.
  • Manage high-level leave cases, including FMLA and ADA.
  • Handle complaints, investigations, and conflict resolution.
  • Support managers with workers’ compensation cases and compliance requirements.
  • Partner with leadership during organizational changes (e.g., acquisitions, hybrid work transitions, new system implementations).
  • Conduct thorough investigations and provide recommendations that reduce risk and uphold company values.
  • Collaborate with HR and department leaders to ensure consistent application of policies and best practices.
