As a highly experienced HR professional this role is responsible for managing complex employee relations issues, conducting thorough investigations, providing expert advice to leadership on employment policies and practices, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and promoting a positive and productive work environment within an organization, often acting as a key liaison between employees, leaders, and HR leadership on sensitive matters; requiring deep knowledge of employment law and strong analytical skills to resolve conflicts effectively. This role follows a hybrid schedule, combining on-site and remote work. Employees must reside in Nebraska or Iowa.
