Maxim Healthcare Corporate Services is currently seeking an Employee Relations Advisor I. The Employee Relations Advisor I provides corporate and branch-level HR support to the Employee Relations Manager in the following areas: employee relations, wage and hour, policies and procedures, performance management and other areas as directed. The Employee Relations Advisor I must maintain a comprehensive understanding of the HR handbook, policies and employee relations concepts in their work and the highest level of personal and professional conduct. The Employee Relations Advisor I will work closely with the Employee Relations Intake Representatives/HR Coordinators may take direction from Senior Employee Relations Advisor and will report directly to the Employee Relations Manager. Ideal candidate has some HRIS experience.
