About The Position

As an Employee Relations Advisor at CVS Health, you will play a crucial role in supporting a designated business unit by providing expert advice, consultation, and guidance to both leaders and employees regarding the application of CVS Health policies and practices. This position is essential in responding to a high volume of routine requests and escalated employee relations concerns, ensuring that issues are resolved effectively while mitigating risk and adverse exposure to the company. Your proactive support and intervention will be vital in promoting a positive employee relations culture, and you will collaborate closely with various cross-functional stakeholders, including HR Business Partners, Compliance, and Legal teams. In this role, you will manage a caseload of workplace inquiries and concerns, assisting leaders with coaching, corrective actions, and terminations. You will be responsible for meeting case management metrics, such as closing cases within specified time frames and adhering to established case management processes. The successful candidate will demonstrate a professional and calm demeanor when interacting with employees at all levels and will possess strong interpersonal skills, including conflict management, investigation, and influencing abilities. Additionally, you will be required to effectively present and deliver training to leaders, showcasing your organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. Handling highly confidential and sensitive information will be a key aspect of this role. The ideal candidate will be expected to work onsite three days per week, contributing to a collaborative and engaging workplace atmosphere.
