As we continue to globally scale, we are seeking a dedicated Employee Relations Manager to support our teams in North America, ANZ, APAC, and Mexico. This role will be key in ensuring a positive and productive work environment, fostering open communication, and ensuring compliance with labor laws globally. This is a fully remote position based in the US and may require travel. The ideal candidate will have experience working in an evolving startup environment. You will be an in the moment problem solver with the ability to think about the short term and long term plan.
