We are currently hiring for: Job Title: WLF Employee Market Cafe Associate Job Summary : The WLF Roost Employee Market Cafe Associate is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the WLF Roost Employee Market Cafe . The Roost Associate will provide fast, friendly and accurate service for our team members.

Requirements

Hours will be 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Monday through Friday with possible overtime on occasion for weekend coverage at the WLF Market.
Must be able to read and write English.
Must have an attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Ability to perform basic math.
Computer experience is required.
Must practice good personal hygiene.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Ability to adjust quickly to changing demands.
Candidates must successfully pass post-offer/pre-employment drug test, background screen and physical.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
Experience with inventory control is a plus.
Previous retail experience a preferred.
Experience with Google Suite a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide fast friendly and accurate check out services for West Liberty Foods team members using a computerized cash register system.
Keep grab and go case stocked.
Preparing food and drinks.
Promote weekly ad specials.
Price and label product correctly.
Load and unload product.
Order supplies as needed.
Rotate product dates.
Maintain a clean and safe environment.
Make sure food prep is completed in a safe manner.
Other duties as assigned.
