The Employee Listening Principal role sits within Human Resources as part of Blue Origin’s corporate functions, providing centralized support across all Blue Origin functions, and locations. As part of a hardworking team of HR professionals, you will share in the team’s impact on all aspects of the Employee Experience and strengthening our culture. Reporting to the VP of Talent, Culture, and Total Rewards, you will partner with cross-functional teams to shape and manage Blue Origin’s Employee Listening strategy and programs. You will own the design of scalable listening mechanisms and deliver actionable insights that inform decision-making and drive high performance and ensuring a closed loop on all identified company actions. You will oversee high-visibility global listening programs, including quarterly Pulse Surveys, always-on listening mechanisms, and qualitative research, and act as a subject matter expert for survey science, research design, advanced analytics, and listening technology, reporting, and analytics.
