The Employee Lifecycle Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for employees throughout their tenure. This position collaborates with HR, IT, facilities, and other departments to deliver a smooth onboarding process, acting as a primary point of contact for new hires to address questions and ensure they have the necessary equipment and resources from day one. The specialist also coordinates orientation sessions, collects and verifies new hire paperwork, and oversees compliance with pre-employment and legal requirements, including Form I-9 verification.
