About The Position

The Employee Liaison Representative at The Commons on Meridian plays a crucial role in enhancing the lives of residents by providing compassionate care and support. This position involves assisting in the recruitment process, coordinating new employee orientations, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires, thereby contributing to a positive work environment and resident satisfaction.

Requirements

• Prefer an Associate's degree or higher.
• 1-3 years of HR and recruiting experience.
• Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to residents, family members, customers, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all phases of the recruitment process, including posting positions, pre-screening candidates, scheduling interviews, checking references, and submitting background checks.
• Work with department leaders to finalize interviews, assist with job offers, and arrange new hire orientations.
• Coordinate new employee orientation to review HR policies and perform introductions to community team members, residents, and family members.
