About The Position

Copper Mountain is seeking a professional EDGE Housekeeper to maintain the daily operations of the EDGE Employee Housing Facility. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and thrive in a fast-paced environment, ensuring cleanliness and organization in both residential and common areas.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds multiple times per day.
• Ability to hang clothes overhead & lift boxes overhead to store on shelves, using ladders & rolling staircases as appropriate.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day.
• Ability to work outside in inclement weather (snow, rain, wind, etc.).
• Can work any day of the week including holidays and weekends.
• Ability to work safely with various chemicals.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Nice To Haves

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years' housekeeping or custodial experience preferred.
• Basic maintenance and painting experience preferred.
• Ability to speak and communicate in English proficiently; conversational Spanish skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while laundering linens, terry, and uniforms.
• Manage the upkeep of the commercial laundry space.
• Clean and set residential and short-term lodging units for residents and guests based on departure/arrival schedules.
• Perform custodial work in common areas fundamental to the daily operation of the facility as needed.
• Audit and maintain records of room statuses using Rent Manager and Microsoft Office products.
• Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information such as housing information and other personal material.
