About The Position

Provides infectious disease surveillance, injury/illness monitoring, counseling, annual health screening, and first aid for employees and volunteers. This position is also responsible for the coordination and monitoring of new hires and volunteers per state and other regulatory requirements and provides support in the workers' compensation program. Participates in the programs related to health and safety as directed by the department manager.

Requirements

  • Valid California License Vocational Nursing (LVN)
  • Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) From American Heart Association
  • Minimum three years of experience as a LVN
  • Minimum 1-year Occupational medicine experience required

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Employee Health Services in an acute care facility preferred
