Requirements

High School Graduate/GED
Two years of clinical nursing experience
Registered Nurse: AZ
Basic Life Support - CPR
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing providing excellent customer service.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities/tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Windows.

Nice To Haves

Two years of Employee Wellness/HealthNurse experience.
Electronic medical record experience

Responsibilities

Pre-Employment Physical Examinations Performs pre-employment health assessments for all new hires.
Employee TB Prevention Program and FIT Respirator Testing Administers TB skin testing to all employees, interprets results of skin tests and if necessary (positive), orders chest x-ray and coordinates skin testing program for organization. Administers Employee FIT Respirator Testing for all employees.
Volunteer TB Screening Program for Volunteers Administers TB skin testing for all YRMC volunteers and does follow up skin test interpretation. Administers Tuberculin Skin Testing.
