The Employee Health Program Support Specialist drives and supports the growth and processes of the Employee Health Center of Expertise. In this position, the Employee Health Program Support Specialist facilitates internal project(s), conducts optimization efforts, and assists with any and all other opportunities of improvement for the Employee Health Center of Expertise that impact Employee Health services across OSF Healthcare. Assists in any data entry and data management in the Employee Health Electronic Medical Record (EMR). Participates in Employee Health Center of Expertise managed programs for Employee Safety & Compliance as well as any Ministry-wide Employee Safety Projects.
