About The Position

Baptist Health is looking for a Employee Health Nurse to join out team in Elizabethtown, KY The Registered Nurse works alongside medical assistants, nurses, and providers within the Employee Health Services (EHS) program under the supervision of a program manager, delivering various components of the program such as new candidate health screening, annual health compliance, respirator clearance and fit testing, booster immunizations, biometrics, drug screens, cognitive screening, post-exposure services, and worker’s compensation and injury reduction services for the adult population across the health system. Services provided to minors with permission from a parent or legal guardian. Employees will be assigned to a specific team, program focus, and work location. Employees may be cross trained to support more than one program focus and could be scheduled to work at multiple locations, flexing between remote and clinic or office locations. Employees assigned to program support services outside of the clinics will work from an office and if approved and protocols and productivity are maintained, may be eligible to work remotely from their home. Accommodation of remote work is not available for employees assigned to clinic services. Percentage weight of job description may vary based upon assigned responsibilities.
