About The Position

Stillwater Medical needs a LPN to join our HR department as an Employee Health Nurse. Our Human Resources team works together to meet the needs of our busy healthcare system. We are looking for an LPN that is a critical thinker who can manage multiple items at the same time. Sound like you? JOB SUMMARY: Performs activities of the Employee Health Program and Worker's Compensation Program for all Stillwater Medical managed and owned entities as directed by and in coordination of the Vice President of Human Resources. Collaborates with Infection Prevention.

Requirements

Licensed to practice as an LPN in the state of Oklahoma.
Knowledge and experience related to employee health; infection surveillance related to Blood and Body Fluid exposures and Workers' Compensation preferred.
Must possess strong skills in oral and written communications.
Must be very organized and detail oriented
Able to convey a positive image to the healthcare team and community.
Able to hear spoken communications from staff, providers, patients, and families.
Able to speak clearly and distinctly with others in person and over the phone.
Must have adequate perception of sounds or adequate hearing with corrections.
Adequate vision, correctable with glasses/contacts to prepare reports and read written materials.
Able to sit/stand/walk for extended periods of time throughout the work schedule, with some light lifting and bending.
Demonstrates adequate manual dexterity to prepare written documents.
Computer knowledge.
