Summary Assists with the administration of the Network's LOA and FMLA policies in compliance with all applicable laws and rules governing FMLA.

  • Utilizes leave management system to track and maintain accurate records of all individual LOA/FMLA claims, documentation, and determinations.
  • Responds to all colleague inquiries regarding LOA/FMLA within 48 hours.
  • Assists FMLA/LOA Coordinator with leave administration as requested.
  • Provides input with ongoing review and development of effective FMLA policy and procedure.
  • Assists employee health staff with data entry, scanning, and other tasks as requested by the employee health coordinator.
  • Provide notices to employees and managers as applicable.
  • Reviews FMLA/LOA medical documentation involving Network FMLA coordinator, disability case manager, or employee health director as needed.
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 2 years of experience with LOA/FMLA administration.
  • Ability to use FMLA tracking and management software.
  • Familiarity with ADAA and MLA regulations.
  • Lift and carry 7 lbs., continuous sitting >67%, frequent keyboard use/repetitive motion, frequent fine motor activity/wrist position deviation.
