About The Position

The Employee Health Coordinator - RN coordinates and leads the programs of the Employee Health department, wellness program, and assists in implementing the employee safety program.

Requirements

• BSN minimum.
• RN licensed or eligible for license in the state of Oregon.
• American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or must be obtained by the last day of the month after the 60-day grace period.
• Five to seven years recent experience in an acute care hospital setting.
• Prior Employee Health experience preferred.

Nice To Haves

• Certification in Employee Health, Case Management and/or Safety desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead the programs of the Employee Health department.
• Assist in implementing the employee safety program.
• Demonstrate effective critical thinking skills.
• Prioritize and address multiple responsibilities concurrently.
• Maintain confidentiality and think independently with minimal supervision.
• Exhibit knowledge of Oregon OSHA regulations and participate in policy formulation.
