The Employee Health Coordinator - RN coordinates and leads the programs of the Employee Health department, wellness program, and assists in implementing the employee safety program.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and lead the programs of the Employee Health department.
Assist in implementing the employee safety program.
Demonstrate effective critical thinking skills.
Prioritize and address multiple responsibilities concurrently.
Maintain confidentiality and think independently with minimal supervision.
Exhibit knowledge of Oregon OSHA regulations and participate in policy formulation.
Requirements
BSN minimum.
RN licensed or eligible for license in the state of Oregon.
American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or must be obtained by the last day of the month after the 60-day grace period.
Five to seven years recent experience in an acute care hospital setting.
Prior Employee Health experience preferred.
Nice-to-haves
Certification in Employee Health, Case Management and/or Safety desirable.
