Employee Health Assistant - Part Time
About The Position
Aspire Rural Health System is hiring an Employee Health Assistant. We’re looking for individuals with a positive attitude to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals committed to delivering the highest quality of service to both our patients and employees. RESPONSIBILITIES: The Employee Health Assistant (CMA) supports the Employee Health Coordinator in providing efficient, organized, and compliant employee health services across Aspire Rural Health System. This role assists clinical and administrative functions including vaccinations, drug screenings, new hire physicals, and employee health documentation. This position plays a key role in ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new employees and maintaining accurate employee health records.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) required
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred
- Previous clinical experience preferred
- Experience with occupational or employee health services preferred
