Requirements

• Rising Junior or Senior pursuing bachelor's degree or recent graduate in a related field of the internship.
• Self-starter, highly motivated and able to work with a minimum of supervision
• Ability to problem solve, prioritize, organize and multitask
• Organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines and perform under pressure
• Interpersonal skills that foster collaboration and teamwork
• Strong project management and writing skills

Responsibilities

• Assist with developing and maintaining employee health and safety programs (such as emergency preparedness, laser safety and/or, hazard communication plans)
• Assist with the employee health onboarding as well as and annual program processes, and gain experience with OSHA federal regulations, safety initiatives, and workers comp/accident investigations.
