You will be an essential part of the Market at Wisteria Team, reporting to the Manager of the Market at Wisteria. You'll provide our guests (both internal and external) with exceptional service by fulfilling different roles throughout the day, dependent on the needs of the store.

Requirements

  • A respectful, inclusive, people-centered, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Serv Safe Food Handler Certification, or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
  • PA RAMP Server/Seller Certification, or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
  • Ability and desire to work in all areas of the store as needed.
  • Ability to work in a team and share responsibilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and communicate effectively.
  • Ability to resolve interpersonal conflict in a straightforward manner.
  • Ability to accept and respond to feedback gracefully.
  • Ability to set priorities, be organized, and be a self-starter.

  • Flexibility regarding work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the store is ready for and welcoming to guests, maintaining cleanliness and stock.
  • Greet each guest warmly and offer assistance.
  • Know merchandise and where to locate it.
  • Stock and maintain products according to merchandising standards.
  • Communicate and collaborate with management on inventory.
  • Receive delivery orders and confirm accuracy.
  • Perform routine and deep cleaning according to schedule.
  • Execute closing checklist to ensure store readiness for the next day.
  • Interact kindly and efficiently with guests as a cashier.
  • Accurately operate the Point of Sales system and process transactions.
  • Handle cash according to protocol and execute daily financial reporting.
  • Uphold Responsible Alcohol Management Program requirements.
  • Delight guests with exceptional service and quality products as a barista.
  • Execute guest orders to standard and follow food safety protocols.
  • Support team through training, feedback, and leadership as a supervisor.
  • Lead by example and model respectful and inclusive behavior.
  • Set measurable expectations and provide timely feedback.
  • Develop staff through ongoing training and support.
  • Assist guests with routine interactions and problem-solving.
