The primary duty of the Franchise Employee Experience Specialist is to perform key functions in the talent acquisition process (recruiting/hiring) as well as all other Employee Experience functions. Requirements

  • Must have a High School diploma or GED (or management approval); Required.
  • Bachelor's Degree, Field of Study: Business/HR; Preferred.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft suite of products including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Must have valid Driver's License with a good driving record.
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business/HR.
  • Experience with Oracle HRIS, Taleo (Applicant Tracking System), PlanSource, Badge Access Software, 15Five.
  • Experience with Time Accounting Software: TimeClock Plus.

Responsibilities

  • Perform facets of recruiting to include sourcing, qualifying, screening as well as preparing candidates for pre-hire/onboarding activities.
  • Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to document and track candidates as they move through our recruitment process.
  • Provide hiring managers a qualified applicant pool of quality candidates via the ATS, internal, and employee referrals.
  • Call/Screen resumes and applications for job openings and schedule interviews by calling and emailing candidates.
  • Schedule pre-employment drug test, physicals and ensure all other pre-employment task(s) are complete.
  • Check candidate references, education, and other credentialing.
  • Coordinate all applicant activities including job postings, create and maintain candidate and recruiting Applicant Flow Logs to ensure compliance.
  • Keep records of candidate interviews and give status reports to hiring managers.
  • Schedule and conduct Onboarding for new Employee-Partners.
  • Monitor New Hire Check-ins, Evaluations, etc. and check responses in Company Performance Management Software. Follow-up with EPs as needed.
  • Coordinate and Maintain DOT Driver files to ensure compliance.
  • Coordinate information for candidates'/employee-partners' recruitment incentives, such as referral and hiring incentives, etc.
  • Coordinate/schedule New Hire Luncheons/Breakfast and plan fun events (food, meeting space, etc.).
  • Ensure that Corporate Communications are distributed as appropriate, including Employee Communication Boards.
  • Enter and review data into HRIS and other systems to ensure employment records are up-to-date, accurate and timely.
  • Maintain Employee-Partner Personnel/Confidential files.
  • Oversee Micro Markets and vending areas. Monitor any issues that may arise regarding refunds, out-of-date products, low inventory, etc.
  • Handle employee-partner garnishments.
  • Notify Corporate Payroll and employee-partner receipt of garnishment.
  • Upon termination of employee-partner, notify court of termination of employment.
  • Assist Managers/Supervisors with Worker's Compensation Claims, vehicle accidents and related documentation and investigations.
  • Ensure all incident/accident reports and post-accident drug tests are completed timely.
  • Maintain Organizational Charts.
  • Responsible for Uniform/Shoe orders.
  • Short-Term Disability claim processing.
  • Ensure that all temporary employees are compliant with approved background checks/drug tests.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
