This team is responsible for crafting seamless, intuitive, and impactful digital experiences that support employees and managers through their most critical moments-from onboarding and career growth to performance and transitions. You'll guide a talented team of UX professionals, researchers, design experts and strategists to elevate our digital platforms and tools, ensuring they reflect the needs of our workforce and align with our broader HR transformation goals.   • Manage and inspire a team focused on designing and delivering exceptional digital experiences across HR platforms.
  • Prioritize and execute on the most impactful employee and manager moments, using data and insights to guide decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to bring human-centered design to life across websites, mobile apps, and internal tools.
  • Integrate user research and behavioral insights into every stage of the design process.
  • Ensure compliance and operational excellence while pushing the boundaries of digital innovation.
  • Foster a culture of growth, inclusion, and continuous learning within your team.
  • Align people and financial resources to meet strategic objectives and deliver measurable impact.
  • 6+ years of Website or Application Design experience, digital experience strategy, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 3+ years of management or leadership experience
  • Proven success leading digital transformation initiatives in large organizations.
  • 3+ years of employee experience.
  • Experience managing design, UX, or digital product teams.
  • Deep understanding of employee experience, HR technology, and design thinking.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration.
