About The Position

The Employee Experience Manager will design and administer the employee engagement and other pulse surveys aligned to the employee lifecycle. The incumbent will own the reporting and analytics of survey results to help enable data-driven decision making and drive organizational improvement, and they will also implement enterprise-wide best practices for interpreting and actioning survey results through collaboration and partnering with COE peers, HRBPs, and Corporate Communication. The Employee Experience Manager will also own and manage survey vendor relationships and the corporate recognition program. The incumbent will also support the employee onboarding with relevant and consumable resources for hiring managers and new employees.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., building a cohesive story in PowerPoint, generating and interpreting pivot tables and graphs, and V-lookups in Excel).
  • Excellent analytical skills with demonstrated ability to articulate data driven recommendations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to organize data for presentations with clarity and insight.
  • Strong understanding of employee engagement tools and platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Design and manage the end-to-end employee engagements surveys including internal surveys and external surveys (e.g., Great Place To Work).
  • Analyze survey data, identify key trends and patterns, and generate insights package for key stakeholders.
  • Present key finding to HR Leadership team to support action planning and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with survey platform vendors, IT, and HR Central peers and partners to support survey administration as needed.
  • Monitor external benchmarks and trends in driving employee engagement and recommend improvements to employee experience strategy.
  • Provide resources and guidance for interpreting and actioning survey results.
  • Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of employee feedback processes.
  • Identify ways to streamline and simplify survey processes and/or provide additional education and resources for leaders and HR.
  • Own and project manage employee onboarding initiatives in partnership with HRBPs and COE partners.
  • Perform other non-essential duties as assigned or may be necessary.
