This role is at the intersection of office management, executive and team support to ensure smooth daily operations and efficient support for the entire organization. Key responsibilities include overseeing office functions, managing supplies and vendor relationships, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. On the executive support side, the position requires handling calendars, scheduling meetings and travel, and aid in managing day-to-day communications. Additionally, the role supports executives with sensitive People-related tasks, research, and data compilation while maintaining confidentiality. Finally, you will be expected to manage certain aspects of our HRIS platform (Gusto), helping to assist employees with questions regarding their payroll and benefits to ensure ongoing employee satisfaction.
