Unleash your talent and redefine what’s possible. Job Description: Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Employee Experience Intern to join our team! In this role you will get to support a global HR team by coordinating and executing HR communications, engagement initiatives, and knowledge management activities across the employee lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint) or learning/knowledge platforms is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with strong initiative, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Strong customer service, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills; strong writing, grammar, proofreading, and editing skills are a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating in a team environment and managing multiple tasks or events at once.

  • Preferred fields of study: Communications, Public Relations, Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Organizational Development, Knowledge Management, or related fields.

Responsibilities

  • Support HR initiatives that create a positive employee experience for Parsons employees globally by drafting internal communications (emails, intranet posts, newsletters, etc.) and assisting with content development for key HR programs across all Centers of Excellence (CoEs).
  • Support Parsons Connect, our global employee engagement program, by helping plan campaigns and drafting internal communications that drive awareness and participation.
  • Ensure HR communications are accurate, high-quality, and aligned with Parsons’ employment brand through careful proofreading, editing, and adherence to established messaging, tone, and visual guidelines.
  • Assist with HR change management efforts, including communication and adoption activities for new programs, tools, and processes.
  • Assist with employee listening strategy and analysis, including supporting surveys, focus groups, and feedback channels aligned to the employee lifecycle, and helping summarize themes and insights.
  • Assist with our knowledge management program by organizing and updating content, documenting FAQs and best practices, and helping improve access to HR and employee resources.
  • Gain exposure to Knowledge-Centered Service (KCS) methodology, with opportunities to pursue KCS-related learning and earn internal certifications.
