We’re looking for an enthusiastic and detail‑oriented Employee Experience / Human Resources Coordinator to support our HR team. In this role, you’ll help create a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace by supporting recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, training, and culture‑building initiatives. If you enjoy collaborating with people, managing multiple priorities, and making a meaningful impact on organizational culture, this role is for you. You’ll play a key role across many HR touchpoints, including:

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or comparable experience)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage details while juggling multiple priorities
  • Proficiency with Windows‑based systems
  • A positive, collaborative mindset and passion for employee experience

Nice To Haves

  • PHR or SHRM‑CP preferred
  • Paycom experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Talent & Onboarding Support hiring for exempt & non‑exempt roles (postings, phone screens, assessments, background checks)
  • Prepare and help facilitate new hire orientation
  • HR Operations Maintain accurate HRIS and personnel data
  • Generate HR reports; assist cross-department partners
  • Complete employment verifications
  • Benefits Assist with benefits administration, carrier reporting & COBRA coordination
  • Process invoices
  • Handle employee benefits questions
  • Training, Communication & Culture Build and update training materials (including online modules)
  • Track completion and follow up as needed
  • Create and post content to our intranet & internal monitors
  • Support wellness programs, company events & morale‑building activities
  • Stay up‑to‑date on HR laws, regulations, and best practices
