About The Position

Corpay is currently looking to hire an Onsite Employee Experience Director within our Human Resource division. This position falls under our Human Resources line of business and is located in Peachtree Corners, Georgia. In this role, you will lead the Employee Experience strategy and execution across all U.S. locations, coach and uplift a team of Employee Experience Partners, and serve as a trusted advisor to leadership teams. You will report directly to the Vice President, HR Employee Experience and regularly collaborate with business leaders, HR Centers of Excellence (COEs), and the North America HR leadership team.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of Human Resources or similar operational HR experience
  • 5+ years of leadership and team management experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree or HR certification such as PHR, SHRM-SCP preferred)
  • Expertise in employee relations, employee engagement, and change management
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to connect people strategy to business objectives
  • High emotional intelligence with a calm, empathetic, and trusted advisor style
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems (Dayforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Demonstrated experience in influencing leadership teams and driving strategic HR initiatives

Responsibilities

  • Leading and managing the U.S. Employee Experience Partner team to ensure consistent and high-quality HR support across all business units
  • Providing coaching, mentorship, and development to Employee Experience Partners, raising the bar for strategic HR partnership
  • Shaping and improving the U.S. employee lifecycle journey, including onboarding, engagement, check-ins, and offboarding experiences
  • Translating employee engagement survey insights into actionable strategies that strengthen trust, culture, and retention
  • Guiding complex employee relations matters with empathy, clarity, and legal compliance
  • Partnering closely with HR COEs to align HR programs and operational delivery with business goals
  • Championing a culture of continuous improvement, inclusion, and employee empowerment across U.S. teams
  • Staying informed on trends, regulations, and best practices in employee relations and human resources
  • Ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws and internal governance
  • Leading HR-related programs and projects as needed
