We are excited to bring on a highly motivated and experienced Employee Experience Consultant to join our Talent & Employee Experience Team in a hybrid environment based out of Charlotte, NC; Radnor, PA; or our Greensboro, NC offices. As an Employee Experience Consultant, you will be responsible for designing and executing new hire orientation as part of the new hire experience and leading the company-wide recognition program, ShoutOut. You will also serve as a multi-purpose player on the Employee Experience (EX) team, supporting employee engagement and experience initiatives, such as our employee value proposition, core values, and employee personas and journeys.

  • Own optimizing and facilitate a consistent, engaging, and inclusive orientation experience for all new hires.
  • Identify new methods to communicate Lincoln's core values and leadership attributes, key programs and benefits, and ways of working.
  • Own supporting materials, documentation, and communications to new hires and hiring managers.
  • Identify opportunities to evolve new hire orientation in alignment with the desired employee experience.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR Ops to drive a seamless new hire and hiring manager experience.
  • Track onboarding metrics and analyze trends to enhance new hire engagement and retention.
  • Own the administration, measurement and evolution of the recognition program to align with desired experience and core values.
  • Share information and provide guidance to HRBPs and Talent Partners on appropriate use, usage, and impact.
  • Monitor budget utilization and share updates with leadership and HRBPs.
  • Manage relationships with the recognition platform vendor.
  • Monitor program effectiveness through participation rates, feedback, and impact metrics.
  • Support additional Employee Experience initiatives.
  • Maintain knowledge of current and emerging trends in employee experience.
  • Contribute to ad hoc projects and initiatives in the employee experience space.
  • Carry out duties in compliance with all state and federal regulations and guidelines.
  • 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's).
  • 3 - 5+ Years of HR, internal communications, employee engagement, culture, or people strategy experience.
  • Strong presentation skills with demonstrated ability to influence at all levels of management.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a changing work environment.
  • Ability to build strong partnerships/relationships while communicating effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Demonstrated involvement in new hire onboarding processes.
  • Experience managing employee recognition programs.
  • Proven ability to support initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience.
  • Leading enterprise-wide initiatives, including cross-functional collaboration.
