Position Summary The Employee Experience and Administrative Assistant supports the daily operations of the office while helping coordinate programs, events, and resources that keep our employees informed, supported, and engaged. This role serves as a central point of contact for management and team members, ensuring projects, events, and office needs are handled professionally and efficiently.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of administrative, office coordination, event planning, or recruiting support experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office systems.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary contact for management team project coordination.
  • Assist with scheduling, logistics, and follow-up on internal projects.
  • Act as a resource for employees, directing them to the appropriate department or contact.
  • Assist technicians and staff with payroll-related coordination and questions.
  • Work with hiring managers to help evaluate applicants.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Manage interview confirmations and follow-up communication with applicants.
  • Assist with interview day logistics, office tours, and candidate check-ins.
  • Plan and execute company events, including: Four annual company parties Holiday celebrations Employee appreciation initiatives
  • Coordinate office breakfasts, lunches, and catering for meetings.
  • Manage holiday decorating and special event office setups.
  • Oversee the George Brazil logo store for employee incentives and apparel.
  • Coordinate employee gifts, incentives, and recognition items.
  • Order and maintain office supplies and general office inventory.
  • Support overall office organization and administrative needs.
