About The Position

WTW is the leader in Employee Experience (EX). We have the unique ability to use insights to drive impact. That means we ground everything we do in a deep understanding of what people care about—what makes them tick, what’s inhibiting change, and what matters. We use that to fuel the EX, shape high-value, high-impact people solutions—and deliver them in a way that sparks behavior change and drives business results. Our people come from diverse backgrounds and bring various skills and capabilities—we’re insights masters, change catalysts, storytellers, culture shapers, org strategists, digital champions and more. Together, we’re all about powering the ambitions—of our colleagues, our clients and their people. As an Employee Experience Analyst, you will help our clients across our EX portfolio—including communications, strategy and change management, behavior change, employee insights (listening/surveys and assessments), and learn how to use WTW’s employee experience software and other digital solutions. You’ll work with some of the industry’s top consultants, developing your skills and technical knowledge while delivering creative, cutting-edge solutions to real business issues. You will have immediate exposure to challenging client assignments that draw on your ability to analyze information and develop conclusions, demonstrate imagination and creativity, and create and deliver innovative solutions to key talent management, organization design, human capital and other related business challenges. The Role Comfort in navigating ambiguity and uncertainty, organized thinking and communication skills, and a willingness to engage in strategic design and tactical implementation is critical to success in this position. You will learn to connect solutions across EX to help deliver high-impact solutions for our clients’ most complex challenges.
