In this position, you'll be based in one of our US offices for a minimum of three days a week, with the flexibility to work from home for some of your working week. This role has in-office operational requirements and so we're unable to consider employees who wish to continue an existing, fully remote working arrangement. The Employee Equity Plan Specialist role operates within this division at a regional level and must perform their tasks within defined service delivery guidelines. The guidelines include successful delivery within agreed timeframes and quality standards. The Employee Equity Plan Specialist is also expected to work collaboratively across teams both within the same department and other internal CPU partners, supporting continuous improvement and project related activity related to the role.
