The Employee Dining Server is responsible for providing internal guest service to employees of the casino. Duties include serving employee meals in the employee dining room, pulling food from warmers, testing food for proper temperature settings, cutting fruits and vegetables, and ensuring the foods are stocked and replenished at all times. Additional duties are to ensure the kitchen area is kept neat and clean at all times while promoting a positive work environment. Performs additional job duties as assigned by department manager.
