About The Position

The Employee Data Management Associate plays a crucial role at MultiCare, focusing on delivering high-quality service to employees by addressing their individual needs. Requirements

• Vocational business training or college coursework or equivalent experience; AA degree preferred (HR-specific coursework may substitute for experience, year for year).
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in a Human Resources department, preferably with onboarding, compensation, benefits, or employee data management.
• Experience with computer software applications.
• Health care environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to Tier 2 inquiries regarding personnel action forms, new hire paperwork, internal transfers, pay and benefits questions, or other employee concerns.
• Process and review all personnel actions in HRIS.
• Edit documents from the system and route them to appropriate areas within HR.
• Track problem resolution using a case management system, responding and/or resolving the needs of the employees, triaging and escalating to Tier 3 as needed.
