About The Position
A picture is worth a thousand words. A video can transcend time and place. Now more than ever, visuals and video help to tell a story. Boeing Communications is looking for a creative, digitally savvy Employee Communications Specialist (Mid-Level or Senior) with honed video and writing skills based out of Everett, WA to help create compelling content for its employees. If you are a strategic thinker and dynamic storyteller, create compelling content utilizing all mediums, thrive in a fast-paced environment and can prioritize multiple projects, love to connect the dots, create connections and collaborate, and are interested in learning about the Commercial Airplanes business, then this role is a great opportunity for you. This position will be responsible for developing and producing content that engages our employees and shares the stories of Boeing Commercial Airplanes to deepen understanding of the business and its priorities. This role has a strong focus on video and visual storytelling and requires a blend of creativity and technical skills, along with strategic thinking and collaboration. As a member of the broader Commercial Airplanes’ Communications team, this role also supports other business needs such as executive communications as well as employee-focused communications and events.
