About The Position

We are seeking an Employee Cafeteria Attendant to join our team. The Attendant will set up, maintain and breakdown the food lines while serving scheduled meals to hotel employees, courteously and efficiently in accordance with hotel standards. This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization and sanitation of the workstations, dining areas and equipment. As a key member of the Eau Palm Beach team, you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional service to our guests, upholding the standards of our Forbes Five-Star resort. This role is a flexible position (AM / PM) and all candidates must be able to work weekends, holidays, and nights. We have full-time(s) positions available.

Requirements

• Previous Culinary training.
• Previous experience in restaurant service.
• Knowledge of food preparation and handling (Food Handler Certification required).
• Familiarity with proper sanitation regulations.
• Ability to provide legible communication and do basic arithmetic.
• Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English with hotel personnel.
• Ability to communicate in a foreign language, preferably Spanish.
