About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Employee Benefits Technical Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and the ability to support our employee benefits programs. This position plays a vital role in ensuring that our employees have access to a comprehensive range of benefits and support services.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience as an Account Assistant with a strong understanding of employee benefits programs
  • Proficiency in AMS systems such as Applied EPIC
  • Knowledge of Benefits: 2-100 Lives and Benefits: Medical & Voluntary
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with sensitive and confidential information
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in a technical support role within a benefits department is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Utilize technical skills to provide support for employee benefits programs
  • Assist in the management of benefit plans, including medical and voluntary benefits
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure accurate and timely processing of benefit-related information
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to employee benefits
  • Support the implementation of new benefit programs and system enhancements
  • Provide technical assistance to employees regarding benefits enrollment and usage
