Become an Employee Benefits, Senior Manager at Southern California Edison (SCE) and build a better tomorrow. In this job, you'll use your strategic thinking, subject matter expertise, and people management skills to design and administer health and welfare plans for over 26,000 participants (employees & retirees). You will be able to enhance their satisfaction and well-being as you lead a dedicated team of benefits professionals to ensure effective delivery of benefits and services. You will have the opportunity to innovate and improve our plans and programs in response to industry trends and other developments. This position offers a dynamic and rewarding experience.
